105 Cheshire Drive is in Hillsborough, North Carolina, located on quiet tree-lined street in the Flint Ridge neighborhood. This home sits on a third acre lot, generously sprinkled with mature trees (no mowing required.) The front deck was replaced in 2008. All doors, interior and exterior, were replaced between 2006-2008. The double hung windows were replaced in 2005.

The open-plan front room has wood laminate flooring, with a linoleum pad in the kitchen. The oven is an updated model with a ceramic range, and the portable dishwasher serves as a useful kitchen island. The laminate countertops were replaced in 2008. A ceiling fan keeps the kitchen cool in summer.

The full bath is powder blue, with a tub and shower combo. Another half bath (not pictured) is located across the hall, painted white, with a linen cabinet installed.

The largest bedroom, located at the back of the house, is shaded and quiet. It, like all of the bedrooms, has a ceiling fan. It is carpeted, and painted in a sea blue.

The second bedroom is painted a soft wheat, and is also carpeted and has a quiet ceiling fan.

The third room can serve as a study, tv room, or bedroom. It is wired for the internet, and like the other two rooms, is cooled by a ceiling fan. This room is a cool gray green, and is the final carpeted area of the house. A laundry closet is located on the long hall. The new folding doors hide a stacked washer/dryer unit, bought new in 2007.

The large fenced-in backyard boasts a deck and concrete patio pad. The fence, completed in 2008, is chain link on all sides but street, where white vinyl picket provides curb appeal. It is gated on either side of the house.

A gravel walk, laid in 2007, leads to a 700 sf outbuilding, which is wired for electric and has a wall unit fan. The outbuilding provides ample storage in two rooms, metal shelving and counter unit included.
